The steady focus for The Story has been to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus. We will work together with as many Christians as possible, regardless of denomination to reach one person for the Lord.
To radically change Union County
We know Waxhaw, Mineral Springs, and the surrounding areas need the Good News of Jesus.
One day there will be a renewal of the Holy Spirit in Union County one person at a time through the ministry of The Story. That day is today. We are working to plant hundreds of seeds with the Gospel each week. With God’s help, we will reach every soul in Union County. We believe that God will use this ministry to cause real revival for Christians and New Life for the lost.
The Story prioritizes God’s Word as our uniting force. This ministry will combine all forces so that the lives of our community can be radically changed. Our prayer is that we can connect with other pastors and lay men and women to unite under the Gospel and strategize ways to be an effective witness for the lost. We will do anything within reason to reach people with the Good News!
They triumphed over him

1. Jesus’ salvation is the driving force that shows us that our life story is meant to be given to God. We want God’s story to consume ours so that we can live into that abundant life and freedom.
We firmly believe in the truth from Revelation 12:11. Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection is the central part of our vision, but there is another part of that verse–the “word of their testimony”
2. The “Word of their testimony” is where we get the name “The Story”! This ministry is founded on the truth that we are redeemed by Christ, and that the blood of Jesus is more powerful in our life than anything this world has to offer! We want others to build up their story (or testimony) of how God moved mightily in their lives.
The Story
